@stanlee0nX Did this Chowdeck assessment last year when they were recruiting. I first asked myself if it was more than a support role. Got a rejection, deservedly cause I just did rubbish there.

Moniepoint will send you a rejection mail immediately when you send the application email, and the funny thing is that they're always recruiting. Very funny people

Season ended the day Enzo was sacked. We all knew it, we just kept in living in lofty denials. On to the next season... if we're able to make it there.

Many people don’t know the HR, financial, and legal implications of full-time vs contract vs third party sub-contract work relationships and it shows. At the end of the day, everyone is an “employer of labour”. It is what it is.

@johnoladokuno I hope so too, but capitalism always wins. It's designed to. Like you said, 'willing buyer, willing seller.'

@tmony_overt Unfortunately, that’s a capitalist system. As one who’s being on all sides. I’ve done full time, independent consulting, employed others via contracting and sub-contracting, it’s such a nuanced conversation. I hope it gets better.

Let’s have some constructive criticism. First, this isn’t ₦500k–₦1M “salary”. Rather, a one-time gig, zero benefits, no guarantees of recurring income. All for work that exceeds full-time (7 days a week. No breaks.) And the math doesn’t add up: Let’s even break it down 👇🏾

I’ve read a lot of response but both sides are just holding on to arguments without the full picture. Like it or hate it, there’s “exploitation” in capitalism. I don’t want to go into a whole new thesis about this. However, there’s no clear definition for ‘exploitation’.

@Wizarab10 I need a car man. Anybody open to selling and receiving payments in installments? Anything moderate that can take I and my wife from point A to B.
