Fine, I’ll say it….. The WNBA was incredibly boring prior to CC. Sue Bird was incredibly boring. That’s not to say that relative to other women, she wasn’t good and amongst other women, the past players were good. But, CC brings an excitement and box office feel to the game that others didn’t. Not talking skill…entertainment.

This may be worse than what her guest said. I have not seen or heard one CC fan, or anyone new to the WNBA, ever expressed anything close to it I’ll assume she didn’t say exactly how she wanted, that she was engaging in hyperbole, but if she didn’t misspeak it’s abhorrent.
