It has been a month since I ran my first 5K and wanted to share an update. Bought a treadmill to continue my fitness journey. 45lbs down and counting! Can’t believe I have lost a full bag of dog food + 5lbs!!!! Thanks @NordicTrack & @iFit for helping me with my training & goals.

Back in July, I weighed 280lbs and was told I was 80% more likely to have a heart attack. That was a life changing moment for me. Four months later, I have lost a total of 40lbs and just ran my first 5K with my daughter this morning. Today was a good day. #lifegoals
