Hey guys @StakeEddie @Trainwreckstv @kicksupport @Svntvmvriv , I’m not a fan of writing to people like this through social media, but I honestly don’t know where else to turn. Even though your support has helped me many times in the past, right now I’m receiving absolutely strange and even nonsensical responses. A few days ago, I received a notice from the Gambling Regulation Authority stating that I was operating gambling. I want to strongly point out how bizarre this whole situation is, because I have no casino or any gambling-related partnership whatsoever. The authority simply didn’t like that viewers who extended the subathon could receive some kind of prize/reward for their support (sub/donation), which has been a completely standard practice for years for all kinds of streamers, whether gaming or IRL. What’s extreme is that under our law, this apparently qualifies as operating gambling. For many years I’ve been doing long IRL streams around the world, and I had a long-planned SUBATHON IRL trip across Asia and Australia. Within the first days of going live, I received a ban from you, even though I immediately and proactively contacted support to explain where the issue occurred. I instantly adjusted the rules to comply with legal requirements so that the authority would no longer have any issue. Despite that, three days later I received a permanent ban, even though nothing that could harm you or me was happening anymore. I immediately asked the authority for an official statement confirming that everything is OK, because your support told me that until they receive an official email from the authority saying I can be unblocked, they can’t do anything. The very next day, that email was sent to you, because the whole situation was obviously absurd and unnecessary. Since that moment, I’ve only been receiving generic responses from support saying they have no further information and that I should wait, while I’m on the other side of the world and my carefully planned daily program is falling apart. It’s embarrassing for me to write like this via social media, but I truly have nowhere else to turn. From the moment I switched from Twitch to Kick, specifically because of support, not because of KPP or money, I expected much better assistance from you than from Twitch, where no one ever replied to me even though I was a Partner since 2015 and a streamer since 2012. Unfortunately, right now your support, even though it replies, feels like AI-generated responses and is not helpful at all in this extremely strange situation where I strongly believe a permanent ban is completely unjustified. @Rhynotic Adam, please check DM. The Token Works website has many bugs for a few days now. It is almost impossible to navigate properly there. All Strategies have wierd issues and UI bugs.

Every project needs a Strategy was the original motto for the Token Strategy platform launch, but the @token_works platform is still partially gated. @Rhynotic, it would be pretty cool if anyone could launch a Strategy like it was originally planned. Recently, ERC20 Strategies were updated, and anyone can now launch a Strategy for any token. Would it be possible to implement this update for NFT Strategies as well, @Rhynotic? The royalty fees would, of course, be directed to the collection owner or could be used to burn the STR token. The whole NFT ecosystem could benefit from NFT Strategies, and $PNKSTR would be even stronger thanks to the deployment fee and all the trading fees. If the original plan was changed, I believe more people would appreciate some comms to this topic because there was none since the platform was launched.🙏

It looks like sentiment is changing! Engagement on my NFT Strategy and $PNKSTR posts is growing while the price is recovering! Yellow square: I started to post about $PNKSTR while it was at $10m - $20m market cap. Green square: $PNKSTR and NFT Strategies hitting ATH. Purple square: $PNKSTR price is recovering, and we had a few successful NFT Strategy launches. You can see the low engagement between the green and purple squares. This was during the biggest liquidation event we ever experienced. I didn't stop posting about NFT Strategies, but people were not interested in this topic. As you can see, people are interested and bullish about NFT Strategies again. I can see it on my X and on the chart as well. It looks like we could go back up pretty fast. @token_works
