4,000 or so words on the dire state of Cardiff's Queen Street. As recent at 2015 when I moved to the city it was still one of the shopping hubs. Now, I can't remember the last time I had any reason to visit other than to get to the other side of town. 1/3

Looking to speak to people in Wales who have recently received a Section 21(no fault eviction) notice from landlords - like I have, woop! From speaking to estate agents I understand there might be a possible rise in these due to upcoming changes in legislation. Shares appreciated

Back in January, this bench was installed in Cardiff's Victoria Park. Dubbed the 'After Life bench', it was one of two donated to the city by @rickygervais the creator of Netflix's After Life, in collaboration with suicide prevention charity @theCALMzone.

A father and son targeted a vulnerable old lady by driving her to a bank to withdraw money for a garden job at her home which wasn't required. The 87-year-old, who lived on her own, was told she would have to pay £1,600 for the work (thread) bit.ly/3rGoimP
