@Human2874 @MakingMonzo I think I may be in the minority here but my app currently shows: - Current account - Joint account - Flex - Savings pots (x3) - Mortgage - Virtual cards - Credit cards (linked via open banking). Premium customers should get the best UX, but it feels bloated and slow.

@tomharries @MakingMonzo I have also been a long user/advocate since mondo days (in the first 5000 of all monzo users) I find the latest UI design ok, from my view. For me it isn’t clunky There are tweaks and ideas I’d add as think would the app better of course. But overall it’s pretty good. 👍

I would like to thank the incredible consultants, nurses, staff and medical students at Kings College Hospital, in London, where I am staying this week, undergoing numerous tests to help determine my future treatment, in the hope of making a full recovery...

@Fuzzy19362853 @modacitylife Absolutely agree. E-scooter remain illegal in the UK though and legalising these could help increase the numbers of users of a segregated network. Where trials have been run they appear to work really well :)

@tomharries @modacitylife E- bikes/trikes and mobility scooters are very much legal. The lack of protected infrastructure is the issue.

How to create a cycling culture where none exists? Build a complete network, and build it quickly. Between 2006 and 2008, Seville went from 15 to 120 kilometres of protected bike infrastructure, and from a 0.5 to 6 percent modal share—a twelve-fold increase virtually overnight.

What a speech by the Prime Minister. I’ve sat through a fair few PM conference speeches now, that was something else. No messing around, decision after decision to improve our long term future. Courage too - which is why I am proud of my boss today

Humble brag: I knew Johnson would be rubbish before we even signed him Compared to JDT who was widely regarded as the other ‘option’ - Johnson was a poor second choice. From day one it was clear he wasn’t certain of his own style or ability. Johnson = bravado over substance.
