Hey @verge I don’t think this is right… Tim Cook did not “present” the iPhone 4S, it was Schiller. The first iPhone Cook presented (revealed the name / design) was the iPhone 6.

@_marktani I should have clarified - this is for our release pipeline and includes a clean build (including fetching+compiling dependencies), running tests and submitting the binary to TestFlight. We run much leaner incremental workflow on the majority of commits.

@tomhut 28m build time is still a lot! how do you minimize number of builds while still encouraging developers to deploy often?

Xcode 14 goes brrr. Our CI build times have been cut in half since upgrading.
