-Get your test to the 900s
-Lift full body 1.5 hours 5-6 times a week, 1 exercise per body part, 5 sets to failure.
-Zone 2 cardio 4x a week
-Do not ever cheat and eat garbage
-Do a 48 hour fast if you put on weight
-I eat beef, fruits and fish
-Don't drink alcohol
-Sleep 7 hours
And you to will have people accusing you of doping year round. FYI I'd be dead if I was.
