@GordonKelly @virginmedia Took me ages to contact them - when holding it just cuts out after 30mins. After a months notice, they told me that installation wasn't financially worth it (even though both neighbours can get Virgin). Farcical moving home service from @virginmedia. Four weeks notice only to be told days after an attempted install that they won't install, despite both neighbours having the option. Left with no internet trying to work from home - clearly no value placed on long-term customers.

@tomkelk @virginmedia Similar happened to us. Left us high and dry for like 6 weeks, even after an installation booking which they didn’t show for. Eventually told us a tree was in the way. Beyond a farce.

@tomkelk I don't expect clubs to want to retain competitiveness, it's not in their interests is it?! If I'm Man City I'm voting five subs, rejecting FFP and anything else that protects competitive advantage. There are far greater reasons why this takeover is a big mistake.
