The chances for real progress at COP28 were badly damaged early this year when an oil company CEO was appointed to lead the negotiations. And now investigative journalists have confirmed some of the worst fears of those who criticized that absurd appointment with the shocking news that the President-designate has been using the meetings he has set up with nations around the world to sell more oil and gas. At the same time, the fossil fuel company he leads (the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) has been preparing to launch one of the largest expansions of oil and gas production of any company in the world — timed to begin immediately after COP28 concludes. Using international climate talks as leverage to shore up support for pumping more oil and gas at a time when we urgently need to phase out fossil fuels is — to say the least — utterly appalling.

NEWS: India is closing in on an agreement with Tesla that would allow it to ship its EVs to the country from next year and set up a factory within two years - Bloomberg Tesla would reportedly commit an initial minimum investment in any plant of around $2 billion, and would look to increase purchases of auto parts from the nation to as much as $15 billion. Tesla would also seek to make some batteries in India to bring down costs. A factory is being considered in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu. Announcememt could come in January. 2200-year-old glass mosaics dug up from the ancient city of Zeugma, in modern-day Turkey. The glass mosaics were found in the city currently located on the Euphrates river in modern-day Turkey. Zeugma was founded in 300 BC by Seleucus I Nicator, one of the generals of Alexander the Great, who named the city after himself. The city was sacked by the Romans in 64 BC, who changed the name to Zeugma. The population of the city at its peak was about 80,000. Because of the location of the city, it was constantly between controlling nations, and thus the architecture is influenced by many cultures. Zeugma was known for its art and architecture. A team found these glass mosaics in 2014. The findings are estimated to be 2,200 years old. The mosaics depict the nine Muses, the gods and goddesses of the inspiration of literature, science, and the arts. All the mosaics are constructed of colored glass and served as floors of a building that the team of archaeologists dubbed the 'House of Muses'.

Tesla is an anomaly. They are not an ordinary company and they certainly don’t play by the books. Tesla doesn’t have boring calls like Apple that WS loves with their fancy spreadsheets. I see some Tesla bulls complain about what Elon says on calls. To those folks I say this: Look how far Elon has gotten Tesla. It’s currently one of the biggest companies in the world and he thinks it can become by far the most valuable company in time due to AI. And guess what they are heavily investing and going all in on — AI. This is the man who lands autonomous rockets. He’s the reason electric cars exist today. If Tesla didn’t make it, we would all be driving poopy polluting gas cars with dinosaur technology. We are in uncharted economic territory. Interest rates are very high and this obviously affects the auto market heavily. Some people don’t seem to understand this and is why Elon keeps hitting home on it. By my account, Tesla is navigating through this storm marvelously. Let’s be real here, the macro economy and market is pretty rough right now. Tesla overview: • Energy is a sleeping giant. Currently at its highest gross margin ever and record profit • We have a Cybertruck delivery date — 11.30.23 • Significant progress in Bot, it went from barely walking to yoga — and soon to do ballet, Elon stated • Significant progress in FSD, v12 looks to be the best update yet • Record cash pile of 26.1 billion with virtually no debt • Largest charging network on the planet with v4 just arriving — think of it as Tesla owning all the gas stations, but for EVs • COGS continue to go down • Ramping multiple factories, Giga Mexico beginning construction next year • Robotaxi is coming • DOJO is coming • Model 3 Refresh is arriving •Semi has massive potential in the future for the trucking market, especially with FSD • Roadster 2.0 is hopefully coming soon This quarter, which had planned shutdowns, is merely a drop in the bucket. Macro will improve in time. Long term people see this all as noise. Must we remember that Tesla is the only profitable EV maker in the US, they have the most data, best tech, best engineers and are literally years ahead of everyone. Legacy auto is in shambles, their ships are full of holes and are slowly sinking. This isn’t a fantasy world. Elon isn’t Harry Potter. He can’t wave his magic wand to make interest rates 2%, fix all the world problems and make everyone live happily ever after. Massive patience and balls of steel are needed. Weak hands will fold. The strong will hold on and stay the course. My friends we are witnessing history here. Think of what Tesla can accomplish in 3, 5, 10…20 years from now. No one is innovating like they are, the amount of different baskets they have their eggs in is mind blowing. I choose to stay positive and think long term, that’s just me and that’s all I know. I choose to trust in Elon and the entire Tesla team. The future is bright. Tesla will shock the world. ⚡️ $TSLA
