After I asked her if she had a response to @realDonaldTrump mentioning #Massachusetts during the State of the Union along with #Minnesota, #California and #Maine as some of the most fraud-ridden states while announcing a “war on fraud,”@MassGovernor Maura Healey said it’s all about #Trump “continuing to try to deflect and distract from the reality of what’s happening,” referring to what she says are affordability issues caused by Trump’s economic plans.
I also asked her about my recent report on a #DTA whistleblower’s claims of “rampant” #fraud in the state’s #SNAP-#EBT program. Healey called it an effort by Trump to “distort reality.”
