Where are the mountains? The UK just spent £100 billion building a railway tunnel underneath nothing at all. £100 billion is enough money to pay for end of life care for 3.1 million people. £100 billion is enough to educate 2.5 million children from age 5 to 16. What are we doing here? This is public money, it was collected from workers and businesses under threat of imprisonment. And we quite literally plough the money into the ground? Madness.
