@airbnb_uk I need this reviewed by a UK-based team. I’ve spent 3 days trying to resolve a factually inaccurate review, provided evidence, and my concerns about UK legal context have not been properly understood or addressed. Please can someone in the UK look into this.

@Airbnb_UK @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp I’ve escalated a review dispute multiple times, provided evidence it’s factually incorrect, but support from your call centres and online teams (based in India) are not addressing it properly. The review remains live and misleading. Please advise.

I’m livid that staff had no warning prior to the new breaking. I’m livid that students due to enroll in the new term have not been refunded
