@rosscojmill Not worded the best on my part. They just had to have made their rules debut over fences and then in their races following, won a G1. Don't need to have won the race or won a G1 on first attempt.

Think we saw some smart prospects win at Dieppe today who'll be racing at Auteuil in near future! Enfant d'Estruval who looks an absolute giant, could be a bit out of ordinary! Frisson d'Estruval made a solid chase debut. Whilst Munir & Souede look to have a nice 3yo in Garfield.

Enfant d'Estruval is a 5yo who made his debut only last month in which Macaire sent him straight over fences. There's not been a whole lot of G1 NH winners who made their rules debut in a chase race (non p2p), but there was one not so long ago who won his G1 in UK. Who was he?
