@kalapian_ Hi Anand. Have ordered this for a family friend, they are saying only half of the consignment has been delivered another is still pending from last 1 week. It's been 13 days.

Our new Dehradun warehouse is an absolute mess right now. We didn't have time last month in the middle of hectic festive sales to install shelves and organise zones. Since the day before yesterday we have been grinding away at packing pending orders. The packing material shortage really bit us hard. Saturday, Sunday, today... It has all been a blur. We are roughly 60% pending orders packed as of now, rest should be done by tomorrow morning and dispatched. It's really hard 😞 when we fall back in fulfillment. It hurts us as much as customers. Expecting all shipping operations to fully stabilize by Thursday and we can begin daily shipping. 🙏

Dear @tonsvalleyshop, It’s been 11 days since my order but I still haven’t received it. Since last 3 days, @bluedart is playing hide and seek in delivering it. It’s a residential Home address but it’s getting marked as “Office Closed. Unable to deliver” & that too without any sort of call to confirm the address or for any confusion. @BlueDartCares @kalapian_ , could you please get it checked quickly? I am afraid the perishable items I’ll receive with such delay would have started to rot. I just hope that I receive the order today. Order no: TVP-2526-12475

@tweetashutosh Hi Ashutosh we have currently suspended all shipping till Tuesday 28th as Blue Dart warehouses are jammed. We are awaiting clearance from them to book orders again. Bad situation post Diwali.

Devinder Negi is a happy man today. Do you know why? When his apples reached the road i.e. his farmgate yesterday from his orchard, his year's worth of toil is over. He doesn't have to do anything after this. My company takes care of the entire packaging, logistics and marketing of his apples. Less work, more savings, more profit, happy families... *** Now I'll tell you a story of what happened with another farmer today. He heard over WhatsApp that wholesale prices were good in Ahmedabad compared to Dehradun. A higher price of about ₹700 per box. He quickly loaded a truck full of his apples hoping to take advantage of higher prices in spite of the ₹200 per box higher cost of logistics, hoping to net gain ₹500. It takes 3 days extra to reach Ahmedabad from Dehradun. By the time the farmer reached Ahmedabad the price dropped by ₹100 there. The higher temperatures on the road took a toll and someone had made a mistake in packing a few boxes of apples - a few apples rotted. The rot spread fast in the tightly packed truck. 20% of the boxes got affected. The wholesalers dropped the price once they knew of a bad box in the lot by another ₹200. The slippery slope... The farmer had to stay 3 days in Ahmedabad to collect payment. A few bottles of overpriced bootlegged alcohol were definitely drunk to drown the sorrow. This is the harsh reality of the agricultural procurement system in India where entire risk is borne by the farmer. *** Support any company that is helping farmers break out of this vortex. Please.
