Not cool @Vimeo - first telling me my premium account will auto-renew, and then- without any warning - telling me that I've lost 508 of my videos... That was a terrible user experience - why do you want to do that to a happy user of your service? (flow: outdated credit card).

@julianajaxx Sounds exciting. The biggest question is how to embed this in a way it moves an organization forward and gets them to embrace an experimentation culture more. Best cases show how it's done and what it caused.
