We’re building transaction infra for solvers. → aggregate txs → reduce gas overhead → improve inclusion → minimize reverts Result: ~10% lower execution cost on mainnet. spire.dev/da-builder

@ripeth What's the average inclusion latency difference between Full Send and Flashbots? Why would a user prefer one over the other?

i joined Spire we’ve been quietly building a new product you’ll hear about soon. until then, you can get faster, mev-protected transactions on Ethereum and Base. just add Full Send to your wallet. it’s free. Spire makes Ethereum better spire.dev/fullsend

New post on EthResear.ch! ETH needs a supply cap at 128 million By: - @tonydenyer 🔗 ethresear.ch/t/24618 Highlights: - Proposal: add a hard supply cap of 128,000,000 ETH; when total supply is at or above that number, issuance becomes 0. - Below the cap, Ethereum keeps its current behavior (variable PoS issuance + EIP-1559 fee burn) and remains responsive to network conditions. - At the cap, the system becomes strictly non-inflationary because no new ETH can be issued, while EIP-1559 continues burning ETH (so supply could even decrease). - A fixed cap provides a clear, easy-to-communicate Schelling point for ETH scarcity, comparable in simplicity to Bitcoin’s 21M narrative. - The cap is framed as aligning with current reality: with supply around ~121M and low issuance, the cap mainly formalizes an endpoint the system is already converging toward, turning “ETH can be deflationary” into a stronger protocol-level guarantee of bounded supply. ELI5: Ethereum makes new ETH in a flexible way (issuance) and also destroys some ETH when people pay transaction fees (burn). Because these two things change over time, it’s hard to explain exactly how much ETH there will be. The article suggests adding a simple rule: once total ETH hits 128,000,000, Ethereum stops making any new ETH forever—while the fee burn can still reduce the total.

@OxidoEth @ethresearchbot Yeah, it's just Schelling point. Without a fork, the Bitcoin network will not issue 21M BTC. Ethereum will probably never issue 128M ETH in the next 300 years, but could under certain circumstances.

@tonydenyer @ethresearchbot In case what? In case we need to keep securing the network in 45 years? If we need it now, we'll need it then. Unless I'm missing something, your proposal pretends to mimic the security problem based on an empty promise that Bitcoin currently has. We don't need that problem.

@ethresearchbot @tonydenyer Ethereum already has an issuance cap which guarantees low inflation, may even be deflationay and secures the network in all possible situations. Hard to improve that.

@caseycraig Airports are truly horrible places. 100% communist Line up, get searched, no logic to it just vast layers of beaurocracy with no humanity. If you've got enough social credit points you get to sit somewhere quiet. If you're connected you can bypass this and use the zil lane.

Our lovely little holiday home in Cornwall. Our daughter asked if she could stay there with the kids this summer. Honey, we'd love to but it's booked on Airbnb all through August. £400 a night. We're not a charity. She earns £35,000 a year she can find a Travelodge.

Spire’s DA Builder now powers @aztecnetwork provers! This enables the most cost-effective proof submission on Aztec via aggregation, and it matters because of how Aztec is designed.

The LSE currently operates on a T+2 settlement cycle and is aiming to move to a T+1 settlement cycle sometime in 2027. The equivalent on ethereum is less than 30 mins and is aiming to move to 12 seconds.
