2019, right before Covid I was in my best shape Working out 6 days a week, 10k steps, had a full time chef whom I trained to cook within prescribed macros using kitchen scale and measuring spoons Oh god. She made great food Made separate food for me I had upper abs And then I lost it during the lockdown I regressed I missed the gym and home workout would not cut it Chef went back to her village and never came back And I gained 30 kilos I don’t know why I discovered domaining and thing about domaining, I didn’t have to sit on a chair I could lie down on the couch and do all the work and I somehow got used to it. And those days I would work for hours on end I was addicted to the work as well as the couch Went back to the gym in 2022 but I could never get back my old mojo I was too fat and I took a break too long I had constant aches and pain in the gym Progress was slower and I felt my age I couldn’t be consistent with the food Hired three different chefs that I couldn’t train them like my old one. I was lucky the first time I guess. I was in a bad shape. Only thing that kept me going was my afternic emails. It wasn’t until 2025 when I decided to take in into my hands and started doing everything on my own. I cook my own food separately and am now in a better condition than my pre Covid days. For the first time We discovered dad had tumor last year and that jolted out of my ennui. I was going to gym and was pretty strong but overall not very healthy Now I am lean, I can run again and as strong as ever and upper abs are back again Bicep veins are back and pec veins are visible in the morning My point is make health a priority

If you start early enough and stay consistent enough, you will surely get arms and shoulder you will be happy about. AT my age I couldn't be prouder of my body but seeing how much I gained starting so late in life, I can imagine the body I would have build had I started in my teens and stayed consistent. If you are willing to pin yourself and have some base strength and skills, you get this in 6 months haha

This is the biggest pests on namecheap. Has bid on over 100K names and won onlyu 112 names in 2.5 years and all won by mistake His/her only job is to break other's proxy I won't be surprised if it is an Internal Bot because it always know where to break the exact proxy
