Good customer service matters, but so does basic perspective. Not every small imperfection means the service was bad. Sometimes the way a complaint is handled by the customer can create a bigger problem than the original issue. At what point does a complaint about food turn from reasonable feedback into entitled behavior?

How broken is the support role

@SkaVorah Ult didn’t need a buff at all, but I welcome it with open arms. I think he’s only called a bad support because no one likes to stand in his aura to receive heals. Hence, therefore they think he isn’t healing enough if at all 😂

This absolute nothingburger buff… 😭💀 What does 1s increased duration does when it’s still a shitty Ultimate?? Enemies can just enter inside of it like they do and outdamage that low ass healing. This does absolutely nothing sorry. #Overwatch
