@breakfasttv Hell no!!! The 407 is my happy spot when I travel from Barrie to Niagara. The cruise in on, tunes are loud and I can enjoy the drive.

@breakfasttv They should have gone to the federal government first and asked for a reduction, or stopped accepting foreign students. However that would hurt their funding…

@breakfasttv It is a start. It will definitely hurt the colleges and universities who are counting on the foreign student tuition, which is far more than what Canadians pay. This should have started at the provincial level, those who are responsible for education, first. ….

@breakfasttv Ontario teachers need more respect. They worked for over a year without a contract. Ontario schools are in a “fail to fill” staffing situation. Student & staff mental health continue to suffer. Violent incidents are on the rise. The Ford government has to act. We deserve better.

The OPP has received inflationary wage increases due to being deemed an essential service thus ensuring binding arbitration. #onted teachers do not have access to arbitration and have been victim of two illegal wage suppression bills. Why are these two groups treated differently?

@GiftedTawk When I’m at work I do 12 hours of work in 8. I order food for our snack program, make lunches for kids in need, wash fruit, organize the student recess buddy schedule, go to No Frills at break to get more food for lunches…and then I do the job I was hired for.

You just know that next year's EQAO test is going to be easier. That way, kids will score higher & Lecce can say that the bribe money for the "catch up plan" worked. And yes, for those of you who didn't know, the test changes every year, depending on what the govt wants to prove.

Teachers in Ontario have been on strike for 3 days in the last 20 years. They are not planning any job action at this time. Why does the gov't keep referring to an interruption in the school year? Is there something they know? What are they planning?
