@tornandpolished @TheAA_UK The RAC at least answered the phone in 10 mins. Sadly they also couldn’t get a repair van out so arranged a taxi for me home and relayed the car to a garage…. Although said garage are now claiming they haven’t! So not massively better! It would be nice to know where our car is!

@TheAA_UK just spent 34 mins on hold trying to get through whilst stuck in the middle of a service station slipway at 0030 in the morning and no answer! Luckily also had some RAC cover with car who took<10 to answer. Your fast track app/ web link didn’t work. Why am I paying you?
