@itsandyhayes Hi Andy, I do want to sincerely apologise for the lack of communication that you have experienced with Torpedo7 recently. We will be taking this feedback on board to see how we can improve in this field.
Hands down @torpedo7 have the worst record for me for sending online purchases. Either day's to weeks to leave a warehouse or split orders and don't tell you they did it. A national retail group that hasn't grasped online trading.

Reflecting on the full suspension ebike I rented from @torpedo7 a week ago, don’t think I’d trust T7 again. 4 hour rental - first bike died after 1.5 hours, second bike had flat battery after 2.5 hours. Was lucky I wasn’t in deep back-country either moment.
Hey @torpedo7! I ordered an Olympic bar for $339 on 1st October for click and collect. I am still waiting 30 business days later. Your website says 1-2 days for large items and 3-5 for extra large items. I have done ~20 workouts without the bar in the intervening period.
@torpedo7 I sent 3 bikes for service a month ago in Albany. Still not done?!? No one picks up the phone either. My friends had theirs done at EVO and got them back weeks ago. Is anyone actually working on my bikes? Can someone pick up the phone?

@torpedo7 how come it takes nearly two weeks for a click and collect order that was showing in stock - even if it's busy that's pretty shocking service with no communication on the order status

But disappointed. ordered @torpedo7 kids bike 11ish days ago. Hasn't shown up for ms 4's bday and we could t even get thru to try for a click and collect to salvage situation. I understand they're inundated, it just sucks
