No update since the 16th?

@skysportnz what’s up with the menu on the app, it says it’s boxing but it is actually archery, it says no program info but it is gymnastics, how difficult is it to get one of your care agents to watch the tv and update the app?

@SparkNZ @kerrydupont @sparknzsport Still no improvement and not a word from @sparknzsport I took out a 12 month contract with @spark specifically for the Rugby, purchased a Panasonic TV with the Spark Sport app, I have a fibre connection, good internet speed and have done everything you have asked, what next?????
English

@Philipbowen @kerrydupont @sparknzsport can you please give Philip a hand with this, we've done some basic troubleshooting and he needs further support. Cheers ^GW.
English

The screen keeps flickering... 28.4 mbps download on speed test so no issue with my @SparkNZ
fiber connection. WTF #sparksport
English

@kerrydupont @SparkNZ Do you think it would be better if we only start watching a few minutes after the live feed and then watch from the beginning?
English

@Philipbowen @SparkNZ Ondemand is a bit different to live. Netflix uses multiple CDN’s (content delivery networks) so they pick the closet datacenter to your own location. This live stream is going via USA so further lag there.
English

@kerrydupont @SparkNZ That makes perfect sense, but not an acceptable user experience. Perhaps #SparkSport should lower the picture quality slightly to provide a more stable stream.
English

@SparkNZ @kerrydupont Moved onto the 5ghz WiFi, still doing the same thing, except now buffering more frequently, can't understand why I would need to hard wire the TV to the modem when all other steering services work perfectly
English

@kerrydupont @Philipbowen KDP- definitely onto something! @Philipbowen if you're not already, try hooking your TV up to an Ethernet Cable connected to your modem, or switching over to your 5ghz Wi-Fi band. It will look something like: examplehomewifi-5G when you search for Wi-Fi. Cheers^LB
English

@kerrydupont @SparkNZ WiFi, Netflix working perfectly, so no issue with my end

@Philipbowen @SparkNZ Buffering or graphical abnormalities? What device?
English

@Philipbowen We're sorry for the long wait times, Philip. Please DM us your flight details and booking reference so we can help. Nat.
English

@Qantas you've just changed my flight, second time in 5 weeks, adding 3 hours onto my travel time from JHB to Auckland. I have been trying for the past hour to get hold of your contact center. Please help

Sitting at a sidewalk café in Paris and the person next to me asks me where I am from, I say Johannesburg South Africa, she says Oh wow! I love @Trevornoah. Our new Madiba!
