🚨 “Kerala has 20 seats and Uttar Pradesh has 80, a gap of 60 seats. Increase by 50%, it will be 30 vs 120, the gap widens to 120. In politics, it is not percentages, its numbers that decides power.” - Telangana CM Revanth Reddy.

@TVMohandasPai Out of the existing 543 seats why BJP not allocate33%. Why bring delimitation and women’s reservation together. It seems like BJP don’t really want to give33%. By combining these two bills BJP know the opposition will object, then BJP can shift the blame onto them, that’s BJP plan

Tamil Nadu has 39 seats. If we were to implement reservation within these existing 543 seats as per the DMK's demand, then 13 seats would be reserved for women and only 26 would remain open. If we go by the 2011 Census, Tamil Nadu would actually lose 6 seats. But we are not doing that; we are increasing seats by 50% in every state. This will add 20 more seats to Tamil Nadu - resulting in 39 open seats and 20 reserved seats : Hon'ble Union Home Minister Shri @AmitShah ji
