I hear people who splurge at luxury hotels in USA are shocked at low quality of service. They hire people with ghetto affect and so on. Is this true? In Asia that’s an outlandish imagining. USA becoming sub-Third World nasty where impossible to enjoy even for rich?

@Outdoctrination It's a very flavorful cut, so a dry brine of salt/pepper is enough. Then briefly throw it it on a very hot grill.
But I like to marinade it for a few hours. I add blended parsley,cilantro,garlic, lime and lemon juice, worcester and soy sauce.

@insectbrah Very beautiful yet sinister place. I've roamed that property at night, but didn't go down the staircase at that time. There are many tunnels which are inaccessible to regular visitors.
