How do we build a #cultureofcompassion? We have to identify #compassion as one of our core values. Then, we must act on that value when faced with both “big hairy decisions” AND the “ho-hum decisions” in our schools.

#SchoolClosureDiary Day 43: I’m channeling pop culture documentaries to survive this week! The first part of this closure was strange and seemingly out of control #JoeExotic. Today, I’m channeling #MichaelJordan’s drive and work ethic to move towards the future. 🐅 🏀

Putting the “S” in #SEL: Social Skills! Whether you’re a teacher (or a parent attempting to be one), simply pick 1, 2, 3, or all 4 areas to practice daily! a) Describe the skill you’re gonna work on, b) model an example, and c) practice in a real social situation!
