@solidxpanda He doesn’t have a 6f medium. I agree he is one of the strongest characters but I think Mai/JP/Ed/Sagat are still slightly stronger. I’d say he rounds out top 5 personally

The more I think about it the more I feel Blanka could be the best character in the game. He has pretty much every tool in the game and excels at many of them.

Makoto throw glitch. After landing the forward throw, you must leave the joystick in the neutral position. She gains around 15 frames of invulnerability. During this window she cannot be hit by certain reversals or wakeup attacks from the opponent. This is also possible in USF4.
