I have been debating with myself what score should I give it but fuck it, 9 it is. Love that ip is just getting better and better with each season, especially when it comes to character writing. Season 2 was pretty good when it comes to the story but I feel like this one got bit more "complex" so to speak and delves into political aspects of Mid-Childa dimension. This is so different than your average "Mahou Shoujo" anime you are doing yourself a disservice by not watching it.

The most unrealistic aspect of Mushoku Tensei is that the THREE childhood crush of the MC did not have any single adventure with other men while blud was doing some random bullshit elsewhere and then they all married him

This is literally false, almost as if you didn't read/watch Mushoku at all...
The one who controls the whole Greyrat household is Sylphiette Greyrat, if she says sky is red everyone (and especially Rudeus) will unanimously agree that sky is red.

@totithoth And that's all fine! I'm mostly talking about what the anime brought to the series. I found seasons 2 and especially 3 to be quite impressive in terms of how it's directed. People not liking the story is fine, but it's not fair to completely disregard its impact.

In terms of characters it's very standard, but that's all it needs to be sometimes. It's not my favorite show,but I'll be lying if I said the directions of seasons 2 and 3 didn't keep me from dropping it. I do think the anime makes this simple story a joy to watch. I think S3 is the best direction any show has gotten this year. Even better than Re:Zero.

@BeakoTimeOwO I think I would have liked jjk more if it stayed simple instead of trying to do something bigger than life and failing in it. What I mean is that story was going towards interesting plot only for it to suddenly stop and never get addressed.
Mainly Kenjaku and his grand plan.
