Exciting News for Dementia Action Week We're thrilled to launch "Town Break at Home" in Falkirk! 🏠 Thanks to a £50,000 Dementia Innovation Award, this exclusive service provides 1-2-1 social support at home for 2 hours, 5 days a week. Late July/early August launch! 💜
