@Makes78millions @jon_d_doee I’m actually not sure what caused it. I had a severe case of covid in early 2020 and haven’t been the same since. I think it has something to do with it. I haven’t experienced that intensity of it since. But in the gym I’ll never push myself to failure anymore in fear of it.
