A new human study found that consuming whole grape powder, equivalent to 2.25 cups of grapes per day, for 2 weeks increased resistance to sunburn from UV light in 1/3 of subjects. The benefits are likely due to the #antioxidant polyphenols in grapes. buff.ly/3WgSJzc
