Hey @British_Airways, been going back and forth since June 27th on a lost item from checked baggage, which I can *see* the location of with an AirTag but continue to get form responses telling me not to put "items of value in checked baggage" for weeks. DM for case ref.

@British_Airways I do have a case reference number, it's just that you are telling me it's my fault for putting anything of value in my baggage, shirking your responsibility. It also takes several weeks between communications. Bad experience. You can see the item's location, I just want it back!

If sports and entertainment venues issued their tickets as #NFTs, would we need fee-gouging middle-men like @Ticketmaster? Just sayin’. Also venues could craft their smart contracts to collect fees on secondary ticket sales and avoid FOMO on market driven ticket pricing.

@AdamHarmetz @Jagan_5 @susanhanley @tpmehta @tpmehta I found i got a gray screen more than not - also several links in my navigation would load in the browser. i had to exit out and in again when i got a gray screen and load time was very very slow 20-30x slower than in browser.

@susanhanley Lucky you! We are in targeted release for tenant and haven’t seen the app bar or global nav appear yet! It seems targeted release is equal to standard release these days! Forget the misfiring hyperlinks and the works, we can’t even test it out for users!!
