4 weeks ago I walked into the @islanddao villa with zero expectations. Figured I'd stay a few days and feel it out. The moment I stepped in: sharp minds everywhere, builders grinding, ideas flying around. I met two Dutch guys and within minutes we were brainstorming ideas. From that moment I knew, I'd stay the full month. We started building @ProofOfExploit - early mornings, late nights, racing deadlines, and somehow ended up winning the hackathon 🏆 The daily fitness and yoga by experts @tttbymila and @solmanatdao kept me focused through the chaos. Came for a hackathon. Left with a stronger body, a product, and frens from all over the world. Thank you @islanddao & frens

weekly proof of work, honest edition zero features shipped this week. i did the forbidden founder thing instead and went full strategy mode. mapped every competitor in the basket game, stress tested five directions, argued with ai for hours also ran three short interviews with @SuperteamTH builders about what actually happens to their crypto income. three honest conversations were enough to see the pattern and kill a whole direction before building it and somewhere in there i finally got it. if im not truly bullish on an idea i physically cant pitch it. people smell mid in two seconds so i killed everything that looked smart on paper but felt boring in my gut. kept the one idea id pitch a stranger at 2am for free not a green candle kind of win. more like proof of work over my own head. building the fun one now

building @portfi_ is teaching me one thing fast. getting people interested is easy. getting them to deposit is a whole different game and it looks bigger than my product. every crypto index app i looked at has the same problem. people like it, people don't deposit so this week i'm doing research the old way. asking builders what they actually do with their crypto money. and just listening good timing. today is a big day for @SuperteamTH and the room will be full of builders to ask more soon

IslandDAO is honestly one of those experiences that is hard to fully put into words. I'm leaving Thailand with so many memories, new friends, deep conversations, crazy energy, and a whole lot of gratitude. From demo day and feedback sessions to beach activities, dinners, BBQs, parties, 99Bar and all the random moments in between: this was easily one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. Massive thanks to the IslandDAO team for putting this together, and to every single builder and fren who made this so special. Can’t wait for @islanddao in Brazil. 🧡
