The bond market is under serious pressure. The 10Y Treasury yield now exceeds the S&P 500’s earnings yield by ~90 basis points, the 2nd-largest negative spread in 24 years. Over the last 5 years, the difference in yield has dropped -680 basis points. The S&P 500 equity risk premium has been negative since mid-2024, except for a brief jump in April 2025. This means that, in theory, less risky 10-year Treasuries are now offering a higher yield than the S&P 500. In other words, investors are penalized for taking the extra risk of owning stocks over bonds. Historically, this has been associated with high risk appetite and stretched equity valuations. The bond market is under historic pressure.

This copper setup is starting to look like a national-security trade. Phil Ehr, retired U.S. Navy commander and advisor to NovaRed Mining Inc. $NRED / $NREDF, said copper supply chains still have gaps even though copper is critical for weapons, communications, power, and data systems. Copper is also moving: $6.12/lb, +$0.1876, +3.12%. Now add the supply-chain side: Middle East = about 1/3 of global sulfur production and roughly 50% of seaborne sulfur trade. That is why I like NRED’s BC setup: 4 regional acid/supply channels - Teck Trail/IRM, Chemtrade BC/Washington, Sherritt Alberta, SEASTAR Sidney. Less acid logistics stress versus remote projects is a real edge in my view. Wilmac: 16,077.76 ha, 70% option on 4,573.82 ha, $8.5M exploration path. My price target: $15. DYOR! $SPY Good morning. Price almost reached 732 in pre market and I believe it will reach it in the cash sessions soon. Could even be today. 736 or maybe 738 should be the max upside we see before a pull back. I will wait for a rejection before opening puts and I also want see a close below a key moving average, like the 5 dma or the 8. Have a good day.

Hi @everyone, I almost ignored a cheap forest parcel because it looked too rough. It was a narrow piece of land near an old logging road. No house, no clean driveway, no beautiful view. Just trees, rocks, and a seller who clearly wanted a fast sale. At first, I thought maybe I could buy it cheap and keep it for hunting or camping. Then I ran the listing through MetalCore by Novared AI. The platform scanned the property using geology maps, mineral deposits, mining claims, geochemical data, public datasets, and nearby infrastructure. The result was way more interesting than I expected. The scan showed potential gold-related quartz vein indicators nearby, historical exploration activity in the region, and rock formations that looked more promising than the listing made it seem.
