This study aims to determine the optimal naloxone dosing strategy in the #EmergencyDepartment to reverse #opioid toxicity promptly while maintaining adequate ventilation and minimizing the risk of precipitating acute opioid withdrawal… By examining the relationship between naloxone dose and key clinical outcomes such as withdrawal, intubation, ICU admission, and mortality, this study has the potential to improve treatment protocols and patient safety in opioid overdose management.
