@TradePointUK why am I still being given the run around? The call centre is populated with staff who have no concept of listening to me the customer and spout the same line over and again despite it being unrelated to my call.

@TradePointUK once again the store blame the office, the call centre blames the store. Fix the constant issues. My app declares 10% loyalty but when the checkout etc calculates it’s only 5% Adam at contact centre hung up on me. As usual.

Placed a big order with @TradePointUK and now found a 2nd thing that is wrong customer service is useless and can’t get it fixed in less than 2 weeks and apparently every manager is in a 2 hour meeting!

@TradePointUK offering zero customer service. Text said delivery between 09:30 and 11:30 but no sign of it at gone 12. When I called HQ they said it will arrive when the driver gets there! 0 out of 10 for service

@TradePointUK waited in all day for a delivery, no contact from anyone, contacted customer services 4 times. No can tell us what is going on. Absolutely appalling customer service! No delivery Monday, moved to today, still no delivery. Time slot was 11:30 till 1:30
