1 month. Every day,every single day. The first day I couldn’t even do 5 pull ups. The first day I could barely do 15 push ups. Now? 3x15 pull ups 3x30 push ups It only took one decision: just focus & do those exercises everyday. Dedication,focus,determination. It always pays off
