Crawley away on 11th Nov, has become a very long driving day or an expensive train journey 🤔 bus replacements on Northern line as well , what a load of shite

@northernassist On another delayed Northern train 24 hours after having to abandon my journey due to cancelled trains. Thank you for refusing my compensation because apparently my ticket for the 1833 train is valid for the 1833 train.

@BenRattigan77 @northernassist Plenty of Northern Rail's diesel trains are from the 1980s. It's undoubtedly a problem which many don't recognise + which needs immediate attention.

@WookieThrows That’s fair and it’s definitely decreased recently. Layout wise though it’s better than a lot of airports I have been to. You either take the northern bridge terminal or you go through the center and take the train to the other three concourses.

@Jackie_HealyRae @KerryAirport Took nearly that long to get out of Dublin Port to the railway station...the one for trains towards Galway. Forgot name.

So lucky to have @KerryAirport on our doorstep. From arriving in the door at Dublin to stepping off in Kerry 1hr 30mins for €19.99 🙈🤷🏼‍♂️ Driving 4hrs if lucky and 3.5hrs for the train. Crazy that flying is actually the cheapest and most convenient option. #FlyLocal

Total train shambles by @NorthenrailF all trains from Whitby cancelled. No information on station. No replacement bus. No help or staff on station. No trains until tomorrow. All passengers abandoned.
