2023 Breeders' Cup Mile winner Master of the Seas (Dubawi) led home a Godolphin/Charlie Appleby exacta in the G1 Maker's Mark MIle at Keeneland on a yielding course. The 6yo gelding is a 3xG1SW--all in North America--and he's one of 57 winners for Dubawi at that level.

Godolphin and Charlie Appleby's two for the G1 Maker's Mark Mile. Favored Master of the Seas (Dubawi) makes his first start since he won the Breeders' Cup Mile, while longshot Naval Power (Teofilo) is 6-for-7 and comes out of a win in the G2 Singspiel at Meydan in February.

Freshman sire Shancelot gets his first winner with his first starter from 34 registered 2yos: Perfect Shances hydroplaned home by 4 3/4 lengths at Keeneland in NA's third 2yo race of the year. Wesley Ward trains her and Walter Rodriguez was up for owner/breeder Crawford Farms.

Maclean's Music colt Raise the Bar was an impressive 2yo maiden winner at Keeneland under Johnny V. Maclean's Music's 1st-crop son Complexity sired 2nd-placed Tuxedo Park. (Tuxedo Park's dam produced the 1st starter/winner for Gormley, winner of a KEE 2yo race in April '21.)
