@manager26i We spent 3 hours arguing with people in Abu Dhabi for my niece not to be able to take a suitcase with her because you guys said you had refunded her luggage and then we were trying to be charged 1000GBP for luggage, this is not acceptable and a complete rip off. Disappointing

Don’t ever book a flight with @kiwicom247 they rip you off with luggage when you’ve paid for it. Disappointing when your niece is leaving for 6 months, bad customer service and no help whatsoever.

Not impressed with @RixosHotels Saadiyat. Sat here for 3 hours waiting for a hot chocolate to then be told I need to pay 500 AED in order to have a drink and some nuts! Ridiculous as a resident here in AD you have lost my service. #oneunhappycustomer
