After the novelty of couch to 5k wore off last year, I didn’t run for about 12 months. About 10 days ago (probably some London marathon inspiration involved!) I decided to see how I’d do just going out and running 5k and it wasn’t too bad, 36:34 vs my best time last year of 34:54. Bought some new shoes after and done 2 runs since and things going better than I’d have thought. Just need to keep it up this time…

@FPL_Salah Might be a red herring though? Maybe Sarr and Canvot could be an option for DGW36 given the limited amount of mins that they’ve had this season.

Munoz, Lacroix, Canvot and Henderson the only real options for DGW36 then.

So I’ve been looking at defenders to buy… Outside of Man City and Arsenal, there are only 3 fixtures with targetable CS odds left this season. GW36 Brighton vs WOL Aston Villa vs BUR GW37 Everton vs SUN Outside of Arsenal, Palace and Man City just play your DEFCON defenders

@FPL_Harry I think this outcome works for getting both of them in - paired with at least 2x CRY defenders, and the GW32 wildcard template of Verbruggen, Van Hecke, O’Reilly, and the pop. GW35 transfer of Gab, I think it’s great for team structure now for DGW36
