I just realized something. There’s a lot of talk of closure when you’re betrayed by your spouse. Perhaps receiving an apology for all the pain and abandonment. There’s not one fucking thing she could say at this point that would make a difference. Not one. #infidelity

If you know a man who refuses to cry, you’ve seen toxic masculinity. If you’ve called a man a “pussy,” a “fairy,” or a “little bitch,” you’ve engaged in it. If you’ve judged, harassed, or devalued a man for lack of aggression, you’ve reinforced it. Encourage empathy instead.

How can we #endstigma? Treat everyone with #respect, don’t judge & challenge #stigma when you see it.
