Bumped from both legs of return flights with @jet2tweets in a week. What should have been a simple return flight from Manchester to Larnaca has become a taxi from Leeds to Bristol, flight to Larnaca, return flight to Liverpool. All with next to no communication. #shambles

@British_Airways Hi, while I appreciate you can’t give a deadline, I’ve now been waiting and out of pocket for 6 weeks, and 3 weeks ago I was assured I’d hear in 5 working days!! Starting to think the 1 day delay to our flight was quite prompt!!! #abysmalcustomerservice
