❗️The liberation of 🇺🇦 territories is always accompanied by challenges in the legal sphere – the stateʼs assessment of the facts of the populationʼs cooperation with the occupiers. It is #TransitionalJustice that tells us how to do this in a fair and least traumatic way. We must not make the same mistakes as before, but instead take into account the practice of the #ECHR and #PACE Resolution 1096. It is important to discuss this now.
