At the beginning of our train journey Lausanne to Paris, a woman we didn’t know told Noah (aged 3) to keep quiet because she was very tired. How should I have reacted?

@Ballinaleegirl Everything is going well. We are seeing response to drug! - but we cannot perform any analysis until all trial events are completed. Like you, we are very hopeful....🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

@trasnochando Hi Stanley can I ask how the Heal trial is doing? There are millions of us that are hoping so much it will be available soon. I do not live in the us and so cannot be in the trial, but I have longed for a treatment for many years . Yours hopefully

Today, we enrolled the first subject in the HEAL trial (Human Upper Extremity Acebilustat Lymphedema Trial). The study is intended to further investigate the ability of the specific LTB4 antagonist to reverse the structural damage in human chronic #lymphedema.

@ShoaClarke Great points, Shoa! As a journal editor-in-chief, I can confirm the increasing unavailability of peer reviewers. I especially commend thr idea of recommending reviewers who are valid and likely to be receptive.

Manuscript rejected after 3 months because the journal couldn’t find ONE single reviewer. I hear this is an increasingly common issue across journals. Academics, if we’re not supporting each other to move our fields forward, what are we even doing? @AcademicChatter
