A quick update - dad’s brain injury is healing well, the fluid on his lungs appears to have gone & he is finally sat in a chair. He is to be moved from critical care to high dependency, still in ICU but a step in the right direction. He still has a long way to go to full recovery

We gave customers a sweet surprise today when we whipped up the fastest pancakes in the South West! Our flipping fantastic chef, Martin, cooked up some tasty treats at 125mph to put smiles on the faces of unsuspecting travellers.
