@LSXYZ9 I think unfortunately this situation has to be dissected into two parts separately. On one hand, I don't reckon an org can maintain a player who has committed sexual harassment, and on the other, I think the struggle with alcoholism should be addressed on a personal level.

Think this decision is wrong and it goes better to give chances for atonement/redemption (then again I have a serious issue with thinking this should always be the norm, so I am bias).
Would rather have seen indefinite suspension combined with rehab assistance and monitoring. This is just sad when you know Mango is also likely someone who needs assistance in a recovery journey.
