Teacher satisfaction was exponentially higher before the dept of ed was created. They ruined it for everyone. Teachers had more freedom to actually teach the kids, didn’t have to teach to test, and so much more.

We literally have a whole department in the government for this. Teachers are tasked with a lot they should be paid.
