Here is an example of subtle manipulation: whenever Reuters shares something slightly positive about Tesla they always make sure to use old pictures of Tesla models. This is to avoid giving Tesla free advertising. In this picture you can only see older models and the new Model Y shows up slightly only from the back. This isn't an accident. People who pay attention remember that Reuters was using pictures of the Model S from before the 2016 refresh when the Model S lost the ugly fake grill. They used that old and ugly picture of the Model S for 10 years. Next time pay attention whether you notice this subtle smear. You won't find Reuters using pictures of 10 years old Mercedes, BMW, or GM vehicles that is certain.
