@clashreport Christianity in my country has devolved into something unrecognizable, and I’m one of the inheritors of that decline. It’s been incredibly hard to find God for myself, and for so many of my peers.

White House Faith Director Jenny Korn: When people come to you and say, 'No, no, no, separation of church and state,' you stop them. Separation of church and state means that the government can't dictate to you what religion you can be. It does not mean you don't have a voice in your government. You could say all day long, sure, the church get out of government. Well, how about the government get out of church.

@bangenergyceo2 @Eldskald06 @bruiser813 @nicksortor The US explicitly recognizes dual citizenship, and many such babies automatically gain their parents’ nationality by descent alongside US birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment. You are such a clown dude.

🚨 JUST NOW: Stephen Miller absolutely UNLOADED on birthright citizenship for babies of illegals "If this country doesn't, one way or another, end birthright citizenship, this country DOES NOT have a future." "The idea that you can just set foot on US Soil and any child you have gets to be an American citizen and vote in our elections, collect our welfare, sit in our juries, is such an OUTRAGE to the idea of having a country." SPOT ON, @StephenM

I’m sure we must be reading a different constitution. The constitution of the United States says, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof”. So, I can only come to these three conclusions. A) You deliberately select parts of the constitution to ignore. B) You don’t understand “… and subject to the jurisdiction thereof”. C) We are reading a different constitution. In any case, it is detrimental to our country to leave these laws in place if it can easily be taken advantage. Our adversaries will exploit our country in any and every way they can. Why should we leave such an obvious loophole in place?

Natural-born citizenship for everyone born in the United States — including the children of temporary visitors and illegal immigrants — *MUST* be upheld. The Constitution’s plain text requires it. Public policy be damned. 🇺🇸

U.S. intelligence intercepted Ukrainian government communications discussing an alleged plot to redirect hundreds of millions of American tax dollars earmarked for clean energy projects in Ukraine back to the US to fund then-President Biden’s 2024 re-election campaign and the DNC, according to declassified documents obtained by JTN.

To be honest, we don’t have the first clue on home building😂 but, we do know that we despise the current cookie-cutter, cheap labor, cheap material builds we see so often today. We want to support real American craftsmen who take pride in it, and I can see the pride and purpose in your work. If anything, I’d just like to let you know that it is beautiful, and important work you’re doing.

@trey3keys Specifically like us in terms of holistic design-build? None that I know of, but there are good masons (especially drystone) and timber framers.

Crazy aspect about our latest project is that the client reached out and said, "So, I want you to build my house. Where do I need to move to?" After a stunned silence, we said Vermont and he countered with NH. We said deal A new standard for clients has been unlocked

George Washington (letter to John Adams): Immigrants should intermingle so “by an intermixture with our people, they, or their descendants, get assimilated to our customs, measures, laws: in a word soon become one people.” He questioned settling them “in a body” where they retain language, habits, and principles. Thomas Jefferson (Notes on the State of Virginia): Large inflows from societies with different principles (e.g., absolute monarchies) risked importing ideas that could “warp and bias” American liberty, creating a “heterogeneous, incoherent, distracted mass.” He favored moderate numbers and “useful artificers” (skilled contributors), doubting the wisdom of rapid population growth via mass invitation. He saw America as refuge but not without risks to cohesion. James Madison: Welcome those who can “incorporate himself into our society”; exclude those who cannot. Alexander Hamilton: Gradual naturalization so aliens could “get rid of foreign and acquire American attachments; to learn the principles and imbibe the spirit of our government.” Benjamin Franklin: Worried about large unassimilated groups (e.g., Germans in Pennsylvania) “Germaniz[ing] us instead of our Anglifying them.”

@bangenergyceo2 @Wiscredneck @ChandlerForPB We can argue on what our ancestors meant all day long. But, this is OUR government. What is the benefit to leaving the law unchanged, and leaving a loophole that can, and is, easily exploited?

You make a strong and fair point with that quote, but there’s no “or” after aliens. Howard was only talking about one small group, kids of foreign diplomats. He later expanded his idea to encompass that you have to be fully under America’s power and protection like actual citizens are, not just born here while your parents are here illegally or only visiting to have a baby. That’s the key difference.

Here’s Senator Jacob Howard, the man who introduced and defended the 14th amendment to the senate, ~ “This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons.” Please stop being so divisive and try to learn.

@Wiscredneck @ChandlerForPB They were literally asked if thats what they intended and they said yes, also, it was already the common law even before the amendment
